Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Role Overview: The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides direct speech therapy rehabilitation to patients, helping them achieve functional progress and improve quality of life within a supportive, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Include Assessing and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs Overseeing and evaluating care provided by SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates (if applicable) Charting progress accurately and timely Utilizing therapy software effectively Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care Participating in community health projects and maintaining professional relationships Maintaining confidentiality, following policies, and adhering to regulatory standards Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited speech therapy program (MS or MA) ASHA certification (CCC) or eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Active state license in good standing Preferred: 1+ year of post-acute care experience CPR certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills Ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate professionalism Key Duties: Establishing and assessing goals, providing patient-centered care, documenting progress, ensuring safety, and functioning effectively within a team.
