ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCBA Pathway)

And for those striving to obtain their BCBA certification, our Clinician Compass Program is designed to guide you through every stage of your certification journey until that amazing day when you become a BCBA!What We're Offering:Total Annual Earning Potential: Could be equivalent of more than $60,000 per year!Base Compensation: $24.00 - $28.85 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography with a future career path to $85,000+ base salary as a BCBA!Opportunity to participate in ALP’s exclusive Clinician Compass Program, which includes three different pathways towards your BCBA certification, paid exam prep days, focused mentorship, supervision support, and $5,000 in incentive bonuses for completing your Masters program and passing the BACB exam.Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments.
