This role is primarily responsible for data preparation, variance analysis, and report generation, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is delivered to finance leadership and business stakeholders.Position is On-siteEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare and update recurring financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc)Compile and consolidate data for budgeting and forecasting cyclesPerform detailed variance analysis and flag significant fluctuations for reviewMaintain financial models and spreadsheets under direction of FP&A leadershipValidate and reconcile financial data across systems and reportsSupport budget owners by providing requested financial data and standard reportsAssist in the preparation of presentation materials and reporting packagesExecute standard financial processes, including data pulls, uploads, and system updatesDocument processes and support improvements to reporting consistency and efficiencyJob Skills Required:Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)Solid analytical and data validation skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow established processes and meet deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skillsBasic financial modeling capabilitySupervisory Responsibilities:NoneOther Duties & Responsibilities:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
