Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities & Duties Log and receipt incoming invoices for Accounts Payable processing Update monthly AP reports for Comptroller's reporting requirements Assist with tracking and resolving HMO discrepancies Update the asset database with new or decommissioned assets Coordinate asset deployment and decommissioning with relevant teams Assist with updating the unclaimed property database Required Qualifications & Experience 2-4 years of experience in accounting Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes Proficiency in updating financial databases Excellent communication and coordination skills Degree in accounting strongly preferred Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with asset management systems Familiarity with HMO financial processes Background in financial reporting and analysis 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Accounting Associate opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
