At HPAG, we don't repair damaged vehicles — we manufacture premium off-road truck parts from raw material to finished product, entirely in-house, right here in Arizona. We're growing fast and need skilled hands who know the difference between a good grind and a great one.

This is a production fabrication role, not a body shop. You'll be working on new metal every day — prepping, finishing, and quality-checking components that go on trucks across the country.

Surface grinding and DA finishing to exact quality standards

Removing weld berries and performing minor weld repairs

Operating press forming dimple dies

Ensuring tight fitment on small part components

Owning your station — hitting production targets and quality benchmarks every shift

Hands-on experience in auto body, metal fabrication, or a related metal trade

Comfortable running angle grinders, dual-action sanders, chisels, and needle scalers

A sharp eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work

Self-motivated — you don't need someone standing over your shoulder

Ability to work at pace and adapt as priorities shift

18+ with a high school diploma or GED

$18/hr to start | Weekly pay

Full benefits package

Two shifts available:

o 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

o 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (starts with a few weeks on 1st shift for training)

Full-time, on-site at our Chandler, AZ headquarters
