Job Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology. Field Service Representative working on-site for leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Tasks include installing and updating sales floor fixtures, endcaps, buildouts, resets, and display repairs. Must be available to travel up to 90 miles from home and complete assignments efficiently using mobile applications. Benefits $16.50 per hour DailyPay (next‑day pay on demand) Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid training and on‑the‑job training Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to field services management communications, usually within 24 hours of contact. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date availability information. Complete all assigned jobs on or before the scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixtures, following planograms and client requests. Submit necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site. Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback. Operate virtual software and adhere to related task timelines. Assist team members and adhere to virtual training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Submit timecards on time and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and be available for weekend assignments as needed. Schedule and plan hours and locations as required; early morning or holiday hours may be necessary. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Qualifications Age: 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States. Availability: Flexible, Monday‑through‑Friday, with weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Physical: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead. Adaptability: Adjust to varying tasks and environments. Communication: Effective phone, text, and email skills; use of a smartphone for clocking, photo upload, and app navigation. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferred. Technical: Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives. Device: Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data. Training: Complete all training assignments within designated timeframes. Transportation: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
