Position Title: Senior Construction Manager
Location: Holly Ridge, LA

Pay Rate: $76.00/hour

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee data center construction projects in Holly Ridge, LA. This role involves managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on safety, technical excellence, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and serve as the primary on-site liaison for clients. Your leadership will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Top Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 8+ years of supervisory experience in large-scale data center or structured cabling construction projects
• Proven experience managing dispersed field teams (100+ technicians), including union and nonunion crews
• Strong knowledge of data center connectivity, ISP, fiber construction, and telecom infrastructure
• Experience with construction safety regulations and best practices (OSHA, NEBS, ANSI/TIA, BICSI)
• Deep technical expertise in low voltage systems, fiber optics, structured cabling, and commissioning processes
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools (MS Office, Bluebeam, project scheduling platforms)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and complex project schedules
• Certification preferences: OSHA30 (or ability to obtain within 6 months), BICSI Technician and RCDD
