Full Time / Competitive Compensation We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Indiana. In this role, you will perform high-quality blood collection procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort while working closely with our dedicated healthcare team to deliver accurate results. Certified Phlebotomy Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collection with high accuracy.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Maintain and operate phlebotomy equipment following safety protocols.
- Label, process, and transport specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff to ensure optimal care.
- Certification in Phlebotomy (CPT).
- Valid state licensure in Indiana.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
