Job Details:

• Facility Specific Job Notes:

- Minimum of 18 months recent Cath Lab experience. - Must have 18 months PERM Cath Lab experience. - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in circulating, documenting. - MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. - AHA BLS & ACLS required. - MUST have Epic experience. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Experience: 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for required (preferred to be within one location but not required). - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE and in hand at the time of submission. - Facility does not accept any license hits. - Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. All other travelers MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. - BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive - Must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Annual Hands-On Competency Requirement: Nurses on continuous contract for a minimum of 1-year, or who return on contract in the subsequent calendar year, are required to complete Cleveland Clinic Nursing Education Annual Hands-On Competency. - Modules: Pre-start and annual modules are completed, with annual modules billable for up to 4 hours.
