Web Development Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager (Web Development / Creative) to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of organization, communication, and creative problem-solving. You'll be client-facing and act as the day-to-day liaison between our development team and our clients, ensuring website and creative projects stay on track and exceed expectations.

- Serve as the primary client-facing contact for website builds and day-to-day site updates
- Ensure that weekly Quality Assurance (QA) on websites is completed and that any issues are addressed promptly
- Develop project timelines and define key milestones and steps, coordinating closely with developers to keep projects on track
- Oversee the website launch process from start to finish-coordinating final testing, optimization, and ensuring that every launch goes smoothly
- Maintain internal documentation on website ownership, hosting, and server maintenance
- Keep project management software (Asana) up to date with accurate statuses and priorities
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative, digital, or marketing agency environment
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Clear, professional communicator with experience managing client relationships and daily client coordination
- Familiarity with website development workflows, content management systems, and QA best practices
- Experience using Asana or similar project management software
- Experience with Figma and WordPress is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
