Web Development Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager (Web Development / Creative) to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of organization, communication, and creative problem-solving. You'll be client-facing and act as the day-to-day liaison between our development team and our clients, ensuring website and creative projects stay on track and exceed expectations.

Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client-facing contact for website builds and day-to-day site updates
Ensure that weekly Quality Assurance (QA) on websites is completed and that any issues are addressed promptly
Develop project timelines and define key milestones and steps, coordinating closely with developers to keep projects on track
Oversee the website launch process from start to finish-coordinating final testing, optimization, and ensuring that every launch goes smoothly
Maintain internal documentation on website ownership, hosting, and server maintenance
Keep project management software (Asana) up to date with accurate statuses and priorities

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative, digital, or marketing agency environment
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
Clear, professional communicator with experience managing client relationships and daily client coordination
Familiarity with website development workflows, content management systems, and QA best practices
Experience using Asana or similar project management software
Experience with Figma and WordPress is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
