Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Employee Assistance Program Free employee Black Card Membership Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
