Position Overview A LPN/LVN float contributes to AHF by providing hands‑on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your contribution as an LPN/LVN is essential in providing high‑quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall wellbeing of individuals and communities. Responsibilities Enhance the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. Provide patient education, maintain accuracy in patient documentation, demonstrate competency in Nursing Procedures, and provide leadership support as needed. Advocate for AHF’s top initiatives.
