Job Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. Responsibilities Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials. Support the management of company social media accounts and contribute to content planning and posting. Help monitor media coverage and compile regular reports for the communications team. Coordinate logistics and communications for events, including promotions and follow‑up. Collaborate with team members to maintain and update the organization’s website and digital platforms. Assist in drafting speeches, presentations, and internal communications as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
