Project Coordinator I Juno Beach, FL (100% on-site) Duration: initial 12-month contract Pay: $28-33/hr We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers and cross-functional teams in coordinating project activities, schedules, documentation, resources, and budgets. This role will help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with established goals and requirements. Responsibilities Support project managers with project planning, resource coordination, budgets, schedules, and timelines. Participate in project design and planning meetings and identify opportunities for improvement. Identify potential project issues, technical challenges, and risks and assist in developing solutions. Coordinate team goals, project schedules, priorities, and project updates. Monitor active projects and coordinate team members to keep deliverables and workflows on track. Maintain project documentation, ensuring materials are accurate, current, properly organized, and accessible. Prepare and review project-related communications, including proposals, meeting minutes, memos, and emails. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, objectives, and expectations. Track project expenses and support budget management and cost-saving initiatives. Travel to project sites to assist with initial catastrophic turbine assessments as needed (approximately 5–10%). Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to coordinate teams and effectively collaborate across functions. Strong documentation and project management skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Schedule management experience, particularly with Smartsheet. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP.
