What to Expect We're seeking an analytical problem-solver to improve the programs that shape every Tesla employee's journey-from application through every milestone that follows. Think compensation, relocation, and other key People programs across the company. You'll identify gaps, build the case for change with rigorous analysis, and drive it to resolution at scale. You'll collaborate across HR, engineering, business leads, and leadership-deeply understanding what Tesla actually needs rather than copying what other companies do. You'll treat programs like products: instrumenting them, measuring their impact, and iterating based on data. You'll craft compelling narratives from your findings to get buy-in from stakeholders and ensure data is at the center of every decision.
