We’re looking for a Real Estate Director of Sales who knows how to bring out the best in people and build a high-performing sales team.
This role is about more than managing numbers. You’ll recruit and develop talented agents, provide consistent coaching and training, set clear expectations, and create an environment where people are motivated to improve and succeed.

$40,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities:What you’ll do :
Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents; set attainable goals and metrics.
Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and KPIs, and hold the team accountable for results.
Develop and improve sales scripts, processes, and strategies to strengthen client engagement and conversion.
Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and keep the team competitive.
What you bring (must-haves):
Proven sales track record as an individual contributor; 1+ year of manager/team lead experience preferred.
Strong coaching, communication, and people-management skills.
Active Texas real estate license.
Real estate team leadership experience is a plus.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience scaling real estate teams.
What success looks like at 6 months:
Team production growth, improved agent retention, measurable KPI improvements.
