Job Summary:




- Partner with residents and care providers to deliver direct and indirect nursing care.
- Work on specialized units including:
- 3 East: 31-bed unit for Alzheimer's/dementia residents, utilizing verbal and non-verbal communication, and understanding behavioral communication.
- Transitional Rehabilitation Unit: 42-bed unit providing short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgeries, fractures, strokes, and other short-term illnesses/injuries. Responsibilities include IV therapy, wound care, and geriatric assessment.
- 3 West: 42-bed long-term care unit for residents needing extended care in a home-like setting.
- Demonstrate flexibility to provide coverage 24/7 and float to other units as needed.
- Maintain proficiency in medical terminology and nursing best practices.
- Adhere to all regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
