Medical Laboratory Technician - MLT

Full-time (80 hours per pay period)

PM Shift

Monday through Friday, rotating weekends and holidays

Flexibility to cover other shifts as needed

Accurately procure and manage specimens in a timely manner.

Ensure quality service during the pre-analytic phase, including the preparation of reagents, specimens, quality control materials, and supplies, while understanding testing procedures.

Maintain quality in the post-analytic phase, addressing remedial actions, corrective measures, and necessary documentation.

Maintain accurate departmental records, reports, statistics, logs, and files.

Bachelor's degree in medical technology or clinical laboratory science from an accredited four-year college.

ASCP qualifier and able to obtain within 6 months of hire.

BLS certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
