7663 - Ellicott City - 8901 Executive Center Rd, Ellicott City, Maryland, 21043 General Summary Under limited supervision, responsible for providing customer service and helping to meet individual and store appraisal buy goals. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Providing exceptional service throughout the customer's experience. Establishing rapport quickly with all types of customers, demonstrating confidence in your role and the appraisal process. Communicating effectively both in-person and over the phone to discover the customer’s motivation to sell and follow up with unclear cases. Serving as an advocate for the company by sharing what makes us the smart choice, facilitating steps of the appraisal process such as discovery, delivering offers, and overcoming objections, while coping with pressure and maintaining a positive experience. Maintaining a working knowledge of products and transitioning customers to the proper team when additional opportunities arise. Collecting and transcribing data accurately for the appraisal offer. Pursuing self‑development, participating in training, and acting on feedback. Working in a fast‑paced environment, engaging multiple customers per hour with high energy. Building strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork. Following up and re‑engaging customers to stay in continuous contact. Job Specifications Deliver exceptional customer service. Read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records. Multi‑task in a high‑energy, fast‑pace environment. Speak and listen effectively with internal and external customers. Complete company training and attend scheduled meetings. Working Conditions Busy, noisy sales floor with occasional outdoor work and inclement weather. Mostly outdoor environment with occasional noise and weather conditions. $15.01 - $15.01 Commissions: This position is eligible for commission. Benefits: Part‑time associates are eligible for sick time in states that mandate it, ranging from 24 hours to unlimited per pay period. In Washington, sick leave follows state law. Part‑time associates may accrue between 8 and 40 hours of vacation based on length of service, subject to a 1‑year waiting period. They are also eligible for 4 hours of floating holiday time each calendar year, subject to manager approval.
