Benefits Paid training Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Supportive, faith-driven team culture Mentorship and personal development opportunities The type of candidate we’re looking for Our ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below: 2+ years of experience in gutter installation Clean driving record Ability to maintain a clean job site Ability to perform labor tasks (lifting, getting on ladders, etc.) Proficient with computers and CRM systems OSHA certification is preferred. Your day-to-day as a Gutter Maintenance Tech - Installer This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. As our Gutter Maintenance Tech - Installer, you'll fabricate gutters on-site, install them with precision, and ensure everything is completed the same day. You'll work closely with our production coordinator, maintain a clean work area, and leave each property looking better than when you arrived.
