Responsibilities
- Build and maintain comprehensive market intelligence on peptide/protein therapeutics by segment, indication, and modality
- Track competitor activity across AI discovery platforms, biotechs, and pharma capabilities; translate findings into product and go-to-market implications
- Conduct structured customer research with pharma R&D leaders and convert insights into prioritized written requirements
- Author and defend target product profiles for internal programs, specifying differentiated properties and evidence needs
- Define stage gates and go/no-go criteria for peptide programs; own portfolio roadmap and prioritization across teams
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of peptide and protein therapeutics landscape and market dynamics
- Experience in competitive intelligence and deal structure analysis in biopharma
- Proven ability to conduct voice-of-customer research and translate findings into requirements
- Strong background in target product profile development and stage-gate decision-making
- Experience with platform productization and commercial roadmap ownership
- Capability to operate between technical teams and business development functions
