MINI Service Advisor Join one of Jacksonville’s Best Places to Work (8 years running!) The Tom Bush Family of Dealerships is growing, and we’re looking for a MINI Service Advisor . You will be the vital link between our customers and the service department. You will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through vehicle maintenance and repair processes, ensuring their experience is seamless, informative, and efficient. What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department. Assess customer needs and accurately communicate vehicle issues and service recommendations. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and maintenance. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and pricing to customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions offered by the dealership. Manage service workflow and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history. Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. What We're Looking For Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes. Proficiency with computer systems and software used in automotive service departments. Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
