What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Service rooftop units, walk-in coolers, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical systems. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues. Communicate professionally with customers and provide service recommendations. Complete service documentation and maintain safety compliance. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergency service calls as needed. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience. Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems. EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 Certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and deliver exceptional customer service. Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation. Schedule & Work Environment Monday through Friday schedule with overtime available. Rotating on-call responsibilities. Travel directly to customer sites using a company-provided service vehicle. Work in commercial, industrial, retail, and residential environments. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Colonie, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
