We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Protective & Security team. Key Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through the application, recruitment, and onboarding process with enthusiasm
• Post new job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews promptly
• Maintain the Staffing Needs spreadsheet and facilitate candidate phone interviews
• Serve as a recruiting expert within the assigned geographical region using creative sourcing methods
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and process updates
• Prepare Conditional Offer letters and facilitate employee orientations and onboarding sessions
• Provide administrative support including uniform process management and handling termination forms

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and staff
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to foster a loving and supportive environment
• Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Effective time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education & Experience

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related recruiting roles
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Ability to adapt positively to change in a rapidly growing environment

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
