Our team consists of two experienced physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), all collaborating to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs.

Work Environment

This full-time onsite position operates within a collaborative and supportive rehabilitation facility in the heart of Knoxville. Our work schedule is structured for Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical needs, setting individualized goals and treatment plans based on their requirements.
• Manage an individualized patient caseload, dedicating one hour of focused treatment to each patient to ensure quality care.
• Deliver cost-effective, evidence-based physical therapy treatments aimed at improving patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional capacity.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and formulate targeted exercise protocols that adhere to best practices.
• Educate patients on alternative methods to manage pain, reduce reliance on medication, and delay or avoid surgical interventions.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, adjusting treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations.
• Implement customized fitness and wellness programs aligned with patients' lifestyles, focusing on enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring proper documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation, focusing on optimization of their physical capabilities and quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at Family First Physical Therapy predominantly include individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid State license as a Physical Therapist, with no history of disciplinary actions or grievances against the license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating skilled application in practice.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized exercise programs based on current evidence and best practices.
• Familiarity with EMR Systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient documentation and record management.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in orthopedic outpatient settings, is preferred. Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
