Laboratory Specialist

RMA SpecialistProVia is seeking an individual having a high degree of personal character for the position of RMA Specialist. The individual will primarily process items returned to ProVia, which includes product inspections and RMA processing and disassembly. Candidate is expected to hold and represent ProVia's Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Processing returned entry door and window products assuring proper credit can be issuedDisassemble and recycle productsPrepare product for shipment to World VisionRestock items as appropriateAssist in maintaining the Entry Door Temporary Displayers, installing new units and parts as neededMake suggestions to Director of Warranty Service on product improvement and repeat product problemsAssist with selling seconds products to ProVia employeesOther duties as assignedQualifications:This position requires a self-motivated, team-oriented, and detailed individual who has excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.Communication Skills: Verbal/Nonverbal, can convey easily and quickly to any message; speaks clearly; listens attentively and seeks clarification; responds well to questions and maintains professional verbal/nonverbal communication in all situations.Organizational Skills: Efficient time management skills and able to meet commitments and maintain prompt responses.Computer Skills: Proficient or a willingness to learn Microsoft and Entry Link systems.
