Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking hardworking and reliable Dishwashers for a busy kitchen environment in Columbus, MN . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced work, take pride in keeping kitchen operations running smoothly, and are looking for an opportunity to grow into a long-term position. Background check required; no drug screen.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule Options:
- Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm
- Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:00am
- Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-3:00am
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Columbus, MN

Key Responsibilities

Operate the dishwasher efficiently and effectively.
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pans, and utensils.
Restock and clean kitchen areas, including grill hoods and floors.
Perform additional cleaning and kitchen support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Entry-level; willing to train.
Prior dishwashing experience helpful but not required.
Hardworking, honest, and reliable.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Comfortable working in high-temperature environments.
