Unit: Med/Surg Oncology RN (Miller 5)

Provide care for oncology patients in a medical-surgical setting, managing complex cancer-related conditions and treatments.
Responsibilities include chemotherapy care, blood products, IV antibiotics, anticoagulant infusions, and central line management.
Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; prior travel experience required; oncology experience strongly preferred.
Preferred: Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification; recent EPIC experience required.
Skills: IV starts, telemetry (no monitor techs), tube feedings, and comprehensive oncology patient care.
Must be comfortable managing high-acuity patients in a teaching hospital environment.
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts; no block scheduling; flexible scheduling required.
Details: ASAP start; IVS to offer; full work history and gap explanations required; reliable transportation necessary; fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
