NFM’s Building Maintenance Technician III is the position for you. Our Tech III focuses on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical equipment, material handling equipment, and other specialized equipment. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Be The Expert: Maintain working knowledge of refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipment Solve: Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation and AC equipment Preform: Complete regular preventative maintenance on snow removal equipment and other specialty machines Be Precise: Maintain working knowledge of reading electrical diagrams/schematics and experience with general shop equipment Collaborate: Effectively complete work orders, enter in job notes, and maintain records of maintenance preformed Support: Preform all types of building repairs to maintain our world class facility Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred Relevant coursework in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical repair, or carpentry preferred 2 years heating, air conditioning and ventilation; concrete repair, light electrical work and plumbing experience required Ability to operate basic shop equipment Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check Benefits: What’s in It for You?
