We are seeking a reliable and motivated Surgical Dental Assistant to join our amazing team full-time! In this role, you'll be a key player in delivering top-tier surgical care while helping to create a smooth, upbeat experience for every patient who walks through our door. Our ideal Surgical Dental Assistant will be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting where no two days are the same. Schedule: Tuesday- Friday 7:30am-5pm Compensation: $20-$28/hour, plus attainable monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k matching, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and EAP. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the doctor during surgical procedures
- Sterilize instruments and prepare operatories for a wide variety of procedures
- Take diagnostic radiographs (X-Rays)
- Monitor patient vital signs as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting
- Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
- Act as a back up assistant for our prosthodontist, assisting with dentures and hybrids
- 1 or more years of experience as a dental assistant
- Active CPR or BLS Certification or willing to obtain
- X-Ray Certification required
- Dental Assistant Certification preferred
