About the Position

Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: IR Technologist Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours (0730 to 1600 or 0830 to 1700) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience in monitoring, recording, and circulating cardiac cases. Experience with peripheral, interventional radiology, and vascular cases. Familiarity with Cerner and Merge. Description: Unit includes Cath Lab and EP with an average of 10 cases per day. Responsibilities include monitoring, recording, and circulating cardiac cases. Technologists will scrub devices for peripheral, interventional radiology, and vascular cases. Candidates must be available for on-call shifts, 1 to 2 nights a week. Weekend rotation required every third weekend and 2 holidays per year. Response time for on-call duties is 30 minutes. Staff may need to float into EP to assist with circulating or scrubbing. Provided scrubs will be worn according to the dress code.
