Job Title: CNC Operator / Thermoforming Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Thermoforming Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating thermoforming machinery to produce high-quality plastic components efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help ensure that production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are strictly followed. Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications.
• Perform routine quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurements to ensure product conformity.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues related to thermoforming processes, including material handling and machine operation.
• Conduct maintenance on equipment such as press brake machines, CNC lathes, robotic systems, and other industrial machinery.
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of hand tools, safety gear, and adherence to manufacturing safety standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and shift reports for traceability and process improvement.
• Assist with materials handling tasks using forklifts and warehouse experience to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in plastics production, including plastics blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming.

· Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment such as CNC machines, robotic systems.

· Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and basic engineering troubleshooting techniques.

· Ability to perform precision measurement in machining and quality control using measurement instruments.

· Experience with safety protocol adherence in a manufacturing environment.

· Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments.

· Hands-on experience with hand tools, materials handling equipment like forklifts, and warehouse operations is preferred.
