BDC Phone Sales AgentEddy's Everything is currently looking for a BDC Phone Sales Agent to join their growing team. A BDC agent plays a very important role in the dealership. You would be responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, to include but not limited to inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and providing general information.Company offers:Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K plus Match)Competitive wagesRoom for advancementWe run a VERY FAST PACED, HIGH ENERGY, and FUN ENVIRONMENTCompensation and scheduling:$12 an hour plus bonus pay based on performanceMonday – SaturdayResponsibilities:Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfactionWork in close proximity with other Sales BDC agents in a team-based environmentReceive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the prospect guest to visitAnswer questions and inquiries from guests, and provide general or related vehicle sales information with a friendly mannerStrictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy ActsParticipate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by managementQualifications:Exceptional oral and written communication skillsMust be comfortable in a high paced, competitive environmentMust be able to pass a background checkMust have a high school diplomaCustomer service skills a must
