Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Tupper Lake Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 60-bed skilled nursing facility providing long-term and short-term care in beautiful Tupper Lake, New York. As a LPN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a warm and welcoming environment. We have all shifts available, free dorm style housing on site. Please call me an interview.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Coordinate resident needs and functioning of the unit, demonstrating clinical skills and expertise
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and progress
• Demonstrate a deep commitment to providing exceptional care and service to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in New York State
• LTC experience preferred
• Demonstrates clinical skills needed to coordinate resident needs and functioning of the unit
