Job Description The Department of Radiology at the University of Missouri School of Medicine seeks a fellowship-trained Thoracic (Chest) Radiologist to join our expanding academic radiology practice. Hiring Department Department of Radiology Opportunity Highlights Academic appointment commensurate with qualifications and experience Dedicated thoracic imaging practice with strong interdisciplinary collaboration Participation in multidisciplinary thoracic oncology and pulmonary conferences Teaching opportunities with medical students, residents, and fellows Protected academic time and support for scholarly activities Access to state-of-the-art imaging technology and AI-enabled workflows Responsibilities Provide high-quality interpretation of thoracic imaging studies Collaborate closely with pulmonary medicine, thoracic surgery, oncology, and critical care teams Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and clinical consultations Educate radiology residents, medical students, and fellows Engage in scholarly activities, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental service Support the academic mission of the University of Missouri School of Medicine Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: MD/DO, ABR Board-certified in Radiology and successful completion of a Thoracic Imaging fellowship.
