This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and helping bring marketing initiatives, proposals, events, and client communications to life.The right person is detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful. You'll work closely with teams across the company to support business development pursuits, maintain marketing materials, coordinate project photography, manage client data, and help keep a variety of projects moving forward.What You'll DoSupport marketing and business development initiatives across the companyAssist with proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and client communicationsCoordinate project photography, drone shoots, and marketing assetsMaintain team resumes, project information, and marketing databasesManage client surveys, media requests, company awards, and industry submissionsTrack marketing projects and deadlines while providing status updatesSupport company events, community involvement activities, and internal communicationsMaintain organized files, records, and marketing resourcesProvide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing DepartmentWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of experience in a marketing, business development, administrative, or project coordination roleBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft 365 applicationsWorking knowledge of Adobe InDesign and document layout, including the ability to edit existing templates, manage content flow, update graphicsExperience with SharePoint, Procore, ProjectMark, or similar platforms is a plusResourceful, dependable, and collaborative with a strong customer-service mindsetBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffFlexible Spending AccountsStudent Loan Assistance ProgramWellness Program BenefitsLife Insurance and Supplemental BenefitsIdentity Theft ProtectionAnd more!W.
