Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications that will set you up for success:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences required
• Valid SLP Certification
• Nebraska SLP licensure
• Prior schools-based experience preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Key responsibilities in this role include:

• Assessing and identifying students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Delivering direct therapy services to students across K-12 grades
• Monitoring progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing reports
• Collaborating with IEP teams, faculty, and parents to promote student progress
• Participating in eligibility meetings and providing recommendations as part of a multi-disciplinary team
