Required Skills:

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (B.S. or M.S.)
• Registered and licensed by the State of Michigan
• Strong understanding of inpatient occupational therapy practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
• Previous inpatient hospital experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid Michigan state licensure and registration
• Prior experience working in a hospital or inpatient setting
• At least 1-2 years of clinical OT experience preferred

• Willingness to travel for relevant assignments or training if applicable
