Our standard schedule is Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Competitive Pay: Earn up to $28/hour (depending on your level of experience). Variety of Work: From framing to high-end finish work, your days will never be boring. Key Responsibilities Carpentry Excellence: Perform framing, trim, and finish work with a high level of detail. Remodeling & Upgrades: Lead and assist in transforming kitchens, bathrooms, and interior living spaces. Installation: Expertly install doors, windows, cabinetry, and drywall according to project specs. Plan Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to ensure every cut is accurate. Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all all times. Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the rest of the Bax Homeworks team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. Required Skills & Physical Demands Trade Knowledge: Proven carpentry skills and a deep understanding of modern construction methods. Tool Mastery: Proficiency and safety-first mindset with all hand and power tools. Precision: A sharp eye for measurements and the ability to follow complex instructions. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work comfortably in various weather conditions and job site environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in carpentry or residential remodeling. Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential.
