Senior Global Manager, Collaboration Technologies

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic leader to join our organization as the Senior Global Manager, Collaboration Technologies . In this high-impact global leadership role, you will define and drive the enterprise-wide strategy for collaboration and productivity platforms across multiple regions and time zones. You will lead the transformation of how our international teams connect, collaborate, and deliver results by leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies at scale. This is a senior-level position with significant visibility, where you will partner directly with business and technology leaders worldwide to shape our digital workplace strategy, ensure operational excellence, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a regulated, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global strategy and roadmap for Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and related services), ensuring alignment with business objectives across all regions.
• Lead the design, governance, and continuous optimization of enterprise collaboration platforms on a global scale, balancing standardization with local/regional requirements.
• Drive large-scale, multi-regional projects and programs, coordinating delivery across different geographies, cultures, and stakeholder groups.
• Establish global standards, policies, and best practices for collaboration, security, compliance, and user adoption.
• Ensure full compliance with international regulatory requirements and data governance frameworks (including GDPR and other regional data protection regulations) while operating in highly regulated industries.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing global or regional teams of collaboration specialists and technical resources.
• Partner with executive leadership and business unit heads worldwide to understand strategic priorities and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, identify innovation opportunities (including AI and automation within the M365 ecosystem), and manage vendor relationships on a global basis.
• Define and track key performance indicators, report on adoption, ROI, and operational health to senior leadership, and continuously improve the global collaboration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles focused on collaboration technologies or digital workplace solutions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic, enterprise-wide solutions at a global or multi-regional level.
• Strong experience managing communication and collaboration platforms in regulated industries, with a strong preference for financial services or similarly complex, compliance-driven sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading global or multi-country teams and delivering large-scale transformation programs across different regions and cultures.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence — comfortable influencing and presenting to senior leaders and diverse international audiences.
• Proven ability to drive change, build consensus, and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, and measuring the business impact of technology investments is highly desirable.
