Chick-fil-A is looking for hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our Kitchen Team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality food in a clean, safe, and organized environment while supporting our mission to serve great food with genuine care.

Position Details:

Full-time and part-time positions available
Only open from 10 am - 8 pm
Shifts range from 9am-9pm
This position requires availability on Friday and Saturday nights.
Mall location: all shifts are inside the air-conditioned food court

Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Maintain a neat and clean kitchen environment
Stay updated on new products and menu items
Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Willingness to learn and follow systems and procedures
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
