Your expertise will support students with a wide range of speech and language needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with families to help each student reach their goals. Experienced professionals holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply, as well as recent graduates seeking Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) opportunities. Qualifications:

• Current Washington State SLP license and ESA certification required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Open to SLPs with CCC or those working toward Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Familiarity with educational SLP responsibilities and IEP processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for working with school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech-language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state standards
• Participate in team meetings and support school-wide initiatives
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth
