Digital Sales Specialist (Ohio Valley, U.S.) Location: Remote but based in Cincinnati, OH Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 + competitive variable This role requires full coverage of the Ohio Valley territory, which includes the following regions and states: Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. About the Role SprintRay's Digital Sales Specialists play a pivotal, customer-facing role in driving growth and engagement across assigned territories. Focused on acquiring new users, these specialists manage full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing, and maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction. The role requires a dynamic communicator who thrives in both virtual and face-to-face environments and can collaborate effectively with internal teams and channel partners. Key Responsibilities Drive user acquisition by conducting full lifecycle sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing new business. Partner closely with SprintRay’s channel sales teams to increase unit sales and enhance end-user conversion. Lead virtual and in-person presentations to prospective users, dental groups, and KOLs. Attend local and regional trade shows, study clubs, and customer meetings to expand market presence. Execute strategic territory plans aligned with quarterly and annual sales goals. Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Monitor regional market dynamics and competitor activity, reporting insights to sales leadership. Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and manage administrative tasks such as expenses and meeting logs. Foster long-term relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product adoption. Demonstrate advanced aptitude and comfort level in selling digital technology solutions to dental professionals Required Qualifications 3+ Years successful dental sales experience Strong relationships with dental distributors Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strongly related experience required Dynamic presentation skills Excellent verbal and written skills Strong organizational capabilities Good technical understanding of 3D printing and CAD CAM workflow (preferred) Comfortable in virtual or in-person selling situations Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) Requires overnight travel 25% to 40%, depending on territory Employment Type Full-time Remote About SprintRay SprintRay is rewriting the rules of dentistry with technology that’s smart, fast, and designed to make life easier for dental professionals.
