Talent Operations Coordinator – Medical Device Industry

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- At least 1 year of recruiting or administrative experience
- Expert scheduling/calendaring skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
- An associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics
- Support onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Assist with coordination of candidate travel and expense processing
- Maintain accurate data entry and personnel files in HR systems
- Provide administrative support for reporting and project activities
