As a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, you will greet visitors, manage access control and badges, monitor security-related systems, and respond to alarms or incidents with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct guests, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor entry activity, respond to inquiries and routine incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel of unusual or critical situations.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and communications while maintaining a professional, service-oriented presence in a healthcare location.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly reception area and report maintenance concerns, access issues, and security-related observations to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
