Recreation Aide As a Recreation Aide at Pinnacle Multicare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will enhance the quality of life for our residents by providing engaging recreational activities that promote socialization, relaxation, and overall well‑being. Responsibilities Assist in implementing recreational programs and activities, including exercise classes, games, and social events. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. Collaborate with the recreation team to identify and meet the recreational needs of residents. Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation. Requirements Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Energetic, enthusiastic, creative, takes initiative, works well with a team, and enjoys working with elderly people. Preferably 1+ years experience working in recreation with the geriatric/adult population. Must be a team player with a compassionate, outgoing, and pleasant personality. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
