Job Title Pharmaceutical Representative (Primary Care, Specialty and/or Entry Level) Location: Quincy, IL Job ID: PSR13i Responsibilities Meet physicians and patient needs while developing strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers and staff. Execute territory business plans for assigned brands, achieving consistent sales growth. Promote products ethically, adhering to the company's sales process and approved marketing strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings. Demonstrate accountability, positivity, resilience, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive, and confidence. Show self‑motivation, functioning independently with high initiative, entrepreneurship, autonomy, and achieving both short- and long-term goals. Quickly gain understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics, and practice settings. Apply knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines to deliver information in a sales environment. Qualifications Sales ability and some sales experience preferred. Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for excellence and embrace competition. Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills. Documented leadership ability. Effective administrative and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
