Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our healthcare professionals while ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both clinical and administrative tasks, with a passion for helping others.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Answer phone calls, schedules meetings, and maintains calendars
• Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
• Exhibits polite, professional communication via in person, phone, or email
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
• Create and maintain filing systems
• Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders when necessary
• Utilize Google Suite to design creative and impactful presentations, documents, and reports
• Organize and facilitate trainings; prepare training profiles, packets, etc.
• Assist with some HR (Human Resource) related duties; including but not limited to, creating onboarding packets, posting open positions, and pulling various reports
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite required.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
