Position Detail:

• Monday–Friday 8a to 5p

• No call

• A well-established practice with 6 physicians & 4 APPs

• Patient Centered Medical Home designated clinic

• Average daily patient volume – 20

• Employed position

• Full support staff; nursing, MA, schedulers, care coordinators, clerical support

• Nursing home rounds
