As a Physical Therapist at POST, you’ll:

• Deliver individualized, one-on-one care in 40-minute treatment sessions
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, and sport-specific conditions
• Create and progress evidence-based treatment plans focused on long-term recovery and performance
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients through education, coaching, and clear communication
• Track patient progress through thoughtful assessments, outcome measures, and documentation
• Collaborate with fellow PTs, support staff, and referring providers to support fully integrated care
• Participate in mentorship, team learning, and clinical development opportunities
• Contribute to a growing clinic culture through projects, community events, digital content, or team initiatives as your interests evolve

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Valid Massachusetts PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, post-op care, and performance-based recovery
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued clinical growth
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Desire to be part of a collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team
• New graduates and soon-to-graduate DPT students are encouraged to apply
